Nikki says the most fascinating part of her job is regression analysis. Going beyond just looking at net impacts and breaking data down even further by demographics to discover the best message within each subgroup is invaluable information. She says it is rewarding to be a part of a team that provides clients with tested and factual data enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve their goals. Prior to joining Baselice & Associates, Inc. in January 2011, Nikki was the Director of Scheduling for Lt. Governor of Texas David Dewhurst. With her background on the Dewhurst team as well as working through the 2010 campaign and 81st Legislative Session, she has an inside understanding of the political process. While Deputy Finance Director for the Republican Party of Texas, she discovered the importance of cultivating realtionships and gaining the skills necessary to satisfy clients while still accomplishing a desired goal. After working in political fundraising, throughout a legislative session, and on a political campaign, Nikki wanted to gain a better understanding of what makes politicians successful. Baselice & Associates, Inc. was the natural next step to learning the determining factors when selecting an idea or message for a campaign. She has also appreciated how this type of research assists in public policy and corporate affairs. Nikki is a graduate of Texas State University – San Marcos with a Bachelor in Public Administration and Minor in Psychology. |
