Aimee joined Baselice & Associates, Inc. in November 2007 with a background in journalism, public relations and marketing.  Since being at Baselice & Associates, Inc. and understanding how different techniques and approaches in opinion research will affect the accuracy of data, her interest in data analysis and opinion research has increased exponentially.  Because of her appreciation and experience in seeing first hand the results of effective communication, it has ignited a mission to provide research results and service that helps clients discover and communicate the most effective messages.

She aides in questionnaire development, sample design, fielding and analysis and recognizes when all of these things are properly designed, clients will get the most accurate data results.

While pursuing her journalism degree, she interned for Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in her Washington DC office. During her experience there, she worked directly with Sen. Hutchison’s press secretary by writing press releases, proof reading articles, and assisting in other correspondence with local and national media.

Upon graduating in 2001, Aimee began covering local county and city government for her hometown newspaper, the Williamson County Sun. After a short hiatus, to live the life of a snowboarder in Breckenridge Colorado, she returned to the Washington DC area to report local county and city government there, in addition to doing some freelance writing for a couple Southern Maryland magazines.

She is glad to be back in Texas and has settled in Austin with her husband Christjon.
